COVID-19 Information | March 24

COVID-19 presents challenges for all of us, but especially older individuals and those with chronic conditions. Our services make it possible to practice social and physical distancing inline with Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order while still providing care wherever our patients call home. Our team is available 24/7, prepared and taking all necessary precautions to protect our staff, patients and the greater community:

  • Masks required while working with patients
  • All in-home clinicians screened daily
  • Strict restrictions on office visitors
  • Remote meetings and telehealth when possible
  • Protocols in place for symptomatic staff
  • Regular risk assessment for patients
  • Staff training for infection control and protective equipment
  • Continuous monitoring of best practices and protocols

If a patient or family member has traveled recently, we ask that you please make your case manager aware. If you have any questions or concerns about what we are doing as an organization regarding COVID-19, please feel free to call our office at 616.719.0919.
